Here in the Illawarra we are not only blessed with spectacular natural ecosystems, but also have a fantastic climate for growing a huge range of fresh food. Two of the best ways to contribute to our community’s future are to support local biodiversity, and to make more sustainable choices about the food we eat.

Grow Local  is all about  supporting and building our local communities. It’s about making the most of our backyards as havens for wildlife, and as spaces to grow some of our own food.
