Meet other growers\, producers\, advocates\, picklers\, bakers\, retailers\, culture guides\, chefs and home cooks who share a passion for delicious\, fair food in our region. \nFor their second event\, FOODTALKS will be exploring the challenges and joys facing small-scale retail and wholesale businesses in the food sector. You will hear from local legends Emma Huber (Miller’s Local Bakehouse)\, Emma Williamson (South Coast Kimchi)\, Nina Kourea (Nina Cantina) and Lachy Kerr (Cleaver & Co Quality Meats). \nThis event will be interactive\, with opportunities to contribute to the conversation\, so bring your questions and your ideas! \nA simple vegetarian soup made from local produce and some homemade bread will be served.
