Alongside your ticket purchase\, there will be an opportunity on the night to contribute further and help us continue to grow. \nThis fundraising event will feature: \n\nBanquet-style dinner made with fresh\, seasonal produce from the farm\nGuided farm tour showcasing our sustainable urban farming methods\nScreening of Thankful for Soil – a powerful documentary by Nviro Media about Australian farmers using soil to combat climate change and build a sustainable future\nSpecial guests\n– Alison Byrnes MP\, Federal Member for Cunningham\n– Filmmaker and journalist Suzannah Cowley\, founder of Nviro Media\nInsights from the Green Connect Farm team about our future plans\n\nAbout the Film – Thankful for Soil \nThankful for Soil is a new film celebrating the stories of Australian farmers who are using the soil beneath their feet to combat climate change and build a brighter future for their family farms. \nFilmmakers Suzannah Cowley and Nigel Christensen spent four years travelling across Australia – from Tasmania to Goondiwindi and Brewarrina – capturing powerful stories of farmers regenerating their land.
