SUMMARY:Talking food and climate - how sustainable is your diet?
DESCRIPTION:The way that food is produced and the way that it is consumed affects more than just your health\, it also has a significant impact on the planet and climate. Decisions made at each step of the food supply chain\, from paddock to plate\, present opportunities to protect our natural resources. A whole-of-system approach is urgently required to shift both food production and consumption practices. \nJoin Advanced Accredited Practicing Dietitian Liza Barbour from the Department of Nutrition\, Dietetics and Food at Monash University\, to learn more about healthy and sustainable diets\, and a range of policy interventions to advocate for and to promote a population-level shift towards these diet-related practices.
