DESCRIPTION:Join Ellyn Bicknell and Sara Forbes to hear their reflections on the environmental impacts of food consumption in Australia and New Zealand. Ellyn and Sara contributed to a rapid review on the environmental impacts associated with food consumption in Australia and New Zealand. \nThey will take you through ways of measuring environmental impact beyond greenhouse gas emissions.
