Forming healthy habits

Making healthy food choices isn’t always easy. To start eating well, make small changes one at a time. Try to have more healthy foods around the house and at work, prepare healthy meals in advance, schedule meals and snacks and stop eating when you’re full. Keep less healthy foods for one day each week or special occasions. There are many resources available to help you form healthy eating habits. Remember, habits take time to establish, so be realistic and take your time.
