Learning Basic Cooking Skills

Cooking is a fundamental skill, and one of the best ways for us to develop a healthy relationship with our food. It allows us to understand and decide what goes into our food, so we know exactly what we’re putting into our bodies. Cooking our own food is also often healthier and cheaper than buying processed foods. It can be fun, rewarding and an opportunity to share time and skills with friends and family.
