A family fun festival celebrating all that is BBQ, Gourmet Foods, Beer, Wine, and Music. Mastery Butchery, Chef and Pitmaster Demonstrations, Australian BBQ Alliance Competition Sanction Round, with a Steak Cook off with BBQ competitors from around the country. Other Competitions: Apprentice Butcher-Kids on the Grill-Camp Oven.

At this Family Fun Festival, we are Chillin and Grillin, then we go Low n Slow, Live Fire Demos, Great Presenters, Fun for the kids. Q & A sessions on stage. Sausage making, which cut for which dish, going to seafood and desert. Shop and explore the regional stall holders and vendors galore, kids festivities, musicians on stage will have you singing and dancing the show n shine and so much much more!
