Valley Cheesemakers – Kangaroo Valley

A hands-on workshop where you will learn how easy it is to make your own cheeses. The cheeses made at each Workshop may include: Feta, Haloumi, Ricotta, Brie, Havarti. There may be some tastings of soft cheeses such as labneh, sour cream and mascarpone. The most commonly asked question is "can we take our cheeses home?". The answer is "yes"!
