Join Balinese Spice Magic Founder, Jules Mitry, to learn about the magic of spices and the amazing things you can do with them. In this class, you’ll learn how to cook a mouthwatering three-course feast which includes:

  • Entree – Pepes Ayam – spices chicken steamed in banana leaves
  • Main – Tuna steaks curry
  • Dessert – Banana pancake with coconut sugar and lime
