Nina Cantina – My Big Fat Greek BBQ

Who wants to learn how to make delicious Greek inspired BBQ dishes with all the trimmings?

Nina Cantina will be setting up our traditional Greek-Cypriot BBQ and teaching you how to make delicious Pork Souvlaki and slow cooked lamb Souvla. They will also make some lovely vego inspired Souvlakia as well and will also teach you how to make some yummy side salads and dips as well.

The meal will be finished off with some delicious home made Baklava and Greek coffee.
