A hands-on workshop where you will learn how easy it is to make your own cheeses.

The cheeses made at each Workshop may include: Feta, Haloumi, Ricotta, Brie, Havarti.

There may be some tastings of soft cheeses such as labneh, sour cream and mascarpone.

The most commonly asked question is “can we take our cheeses home?”. The answer is “yes”! This is a ‘hands on’ Workshop where you get to take home the cheeses you make.

Each Workshop includes our tutorial, all ingredients and equipment used during the day, recipes, a light lunch and morning/afternoon tea. The workshops are taught by Valley Cheesemakers, Kathy and Rosie. The goal is to provide a supportive, interactive and social environment to help you get the most out of the day.
