GREEN CONNECT FARM PLAYGROUP TERM 1 2024

JOIN US AT THE BEAUTIFUL GREEN CONNECT FARM FOR A WEEKLY FARM PLAYGROUP!

It’ll be 2hrs of messy, muddy fun, plus opportunities to see our farm, meet our animals and engage in nature-focused activities. Each week, along with unstructured play-time in the Children’s Garden, we will undertake an adventure on the farm, which might include:

• Learning about our fruit forest and tasting what is in season
• Exploring our hidden creek
• Feeding the chooks and collecting eggs
• Visiting and feeding our pigs, sheep or goats
• Planting seedlings
• Weeding the garden beds
• Watering new seeds
• Nature-craft
• Cardboard constructions
• Starting a worm farm
• And plenty more!

Activities will be offered towards the end of the session and kids will always be given the choice if they want to continue playing or join in.

• This session is aimed at children 12 months to 6 years.
• Babies under 12 months are free with a ticket-holding sibling. If you wish to bring a baby without older siblings, they will require a ticket.
• Accompanying adults do not need a ticket. Please only 1 adult per ticket-holding child.
