Intro to Beekeeping

In this 3.5hr workshop, Claire Brown from Austinmer Beekepers will introduce you to bee society and answer the question of why bringing bees into your life is so enriching and fruitful. If weather permits, we will take a look at our display hive and get a glimpse into the day to day life of the honey bee. Claire will explain the history of beekeeping before diving into the reasons why beekeeping is her greatest passion. This workshop is sure to get you inspired to start a beehive of your own!
