Join Ellyn Bicknell and Sara Forbes to hear their reflections on the environmental impacts of food consumption in Australia and New Zealand. Ellyn and Sara contributed to a rapid review on the environmental impacts associated with food consumption in Australia and New Zealand.
They will take you through ways of measuring environmental impact beyond greenhouse gas emissions. This will be followed by a discussion of their recent rapid review findings and how it has influenced their evaluation of popular press articles.
