In this Masterclass Manami will be teaching you how to make miso from scratch! And then make some delicious recipes using the miso such as a miso dressing, miso soup and a miso vegetarian dish. Finally, sitting down and enjoying a healthy delicious lunch.

Manami is a local home cook and dietitian is passionate about sharing her culture through food. Manami is originally from Tokyo, Japan and has been living and working in Wollongong for 16 years.

The workshop includes demonstration, recipe notes and lunch.
