Join this webinar, co-hosted by the University of Sydney Office of Global Engagement and Centre in China for discussion on how to live a long, healthy and meaningful life. There will be conversation about what diet we should be following, how important sleep is and how exercise can improve sleep quality and cognitive skills. Professor Luigi Fontana will share his 20 years of research, clinical practice and accumulated knowledge on how nutrition, regular exercise and brain training, mindfulness and other lifestyle interventions can lead to a long life free of diseases, and why these factors have the influence on health that they do.
