HopeStreet Community Service Port Kembla (previously Darcy House)
Community breakfast available Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 10am - 11:30am, and lunch from 11:30am - 2pm. A BBQ lunch is held every Friday for lunch, and women's and children's morning tea is held on the first and third Thursday of the month. Please note we are closed on the first Tuesday of every month.

HopeStreet Community Service at Port Kembla has a rich history of providing heartfelt care and support to people living with disadvantage for many years. A place people depend on every day for social connection, a nutritious meal and a friendly chat to share life’s struggles with. Along with our free breakfasts and lunches, we offer emergency relief (including food hampers, frozen meals, personal care supplies, and shower facilities), case management, support and referrals, group work, and chaplaincy support.
Volunteer opportunities
Join a team of volunteers who give their time to serve alongside the staff, getting to know each other and transforming lives. Opportunities include supporting the delivery of breakfast and community lunch.
Food donations
Fruit, vegetables, dairy, meat, leftover foods and bread donations are welcome. Please contact to arrange delivery.
